Tank destroyers on the chassis of an M2 and M3

In the last few days I have been looking for information on US WWII tank destroyers, and I found two interesting prototypes.

Both prototypes were based on the chassis of the M2 and M3 light tanks. The first image was based on the M3 and named T18 75mm Howitzer Motor Carriage and the last image was already a tank destroyer based on the chassis of an M2, named T18 called Howitzer Motor Carriage T3.

What opinion do you have about it?
