On the TAM 2C, researchable APFSDS rounds are the DM33 and the DM63 rounds. Looking at the angled penetration and penetration over distance, there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference between the two. So does that mean I should prioritise other modifications after unlocking DM33?

DM33 was worst a bit over a year ago, now it’s been buffed.
So the difference between them was bigger.

The DM63 have alonger rod than the DM33, making it heavier of 600g, and can penetrate a little bit more.
But it was developped for a better accuracy, and a better propellant.
The additionnal weight is useful for high-angle shots ( a year ago, it would pack a whole 160+ mm more than the DM33 at 60°), and I’m pretty sure for the spalling as well.
So at first it was a better shell in every regard, but with the buff to the DM33, in this current state and following the War Thunder physics (no wind, weather, …impact on the shell trajectory, or much less) not a big improvement.
Don’t prioritise it if you already have the DM33.
ok ty for the advice!
