I’ve looked into the first production model of the Su-34, which is what we’re getting. In which irl is a piece of shit, and not a very comparable aircraft to anything NATO, even though it’s modern as hell, it’s just like a Su-33 but worse in every way. It doesn’t have its rear radar (gaijin “modeled” it in but it’s not useable), the radar is good but useless with R-77’s (the current R-77’s in game), so why try using A2A when it’s technically a one trick pony like the Su-25’s?
Because it actually can into A2A? Su-25 despite being able to bite back is just can’t fight proper in the air, it plainly can’t contest air superiority. Su-34? Ain’t perfect, but it still can both contest/annoy enemy air a d perform XAS
You don’t quite understand what level of technology transfer France agreed to (at the same time, they eventually refused to transfer simpler technologies to India, which led to the refusal of further purchases)…

Now the radar is nerfed.
Su-34 or its weapons should be nerfed in range as it can’t be shot down by the best SPAAs in the game. At the same time, the Pantsir-S1 easily destroys everything including AGMs flying at it.

The Su-34 can’t really be nerfed as pretty much everything on it was nerfed outside of the KH-38(s).
It doesn’t have Thermals, radar was nerfed to oblivion, FM is horrible, no HMD, no MAW, no Rear Facing radar (you can see it’s there visually, but it’s not modeled in game so it’s not there pretty much), only thing it has is the KH-38’s and even then, the Su-25SM3 is still better even though it carries two less KH-38’s.

Just ignoring the fact the KH-38s have a Gen 3 thermal optic, you dont need a Thermal TPOD

Significantly increasing the SP cost for KH-38s or removing the IR guided version. Just leaving the Laser guided variant. Would be the best way to mitigate them in GRB.
Saw 2 the other day just dominate an entire match., the other team could do nothing about. Only SPAA that might have had a chance is the Pantsir. Until such time all nations get Pantsir level SPAA, KH-38s should be reconsidered.
I also dont understand how its 13.3 in air modes and not 13.7

That’s not how weapon systems are handled.
On top of that, my Harrier I mentioned out-ranges the Pantsir your post defends.
The only solution to CAS of all tech trees is to play with the onion layers, bring a plane, and wait for SPAA better than Pantsir to be added.

SP cost of AGM-65s, KH-38s, PGM-500-2000/3s are fine, and increasing them won’t fix anything.
Also all tech trees already have SPAA as or more useless than Pantsir, all tech trees in WT needs SPAA better than Pantsir.

Not really, the only FM’s that are worse than the Su-34 are the Harriers, F-4F ICE (in which these are now 13.0, not 13.3), and perhaps the Tornado F.3 Late, but even then, I never have trouble beating Su-34’s with the Tornado as it’s better at 2 circle than the Su-34. Even the MiG-29SMT has no trouble against the Su-34. So the Su-34 technically has one of the worst FM’s at its br. The radar is significantly worse and I’ll even put the F.3 Late radar above it (it was the best radar for until the Su-34 suggestion but now I can’t say for certain for the Su-34 as it feels shittier and has problems, more than the Fox Hunter Stage 3G), now, the No HMD, that’s a big factor considering it had missiles that RELY on HMD (R-73/77), and even then, yes it can still in a way BVR, but it’s R-77’s, good luck even using them. The KH-38’s sure, increase SP, I don’t play Russian CAS much but so far I prefer the TV seeker KH-29T and the British PGM 2000 along with the AGM-65G as they’re more flexible and maneuverable. Now with that being said, yes the Su-34 is a decent - good CAS plane, but it’s not good for A2A unless you play the most passive play style. Even Tornado F.3 Late can play Aggressively due to its weapon set and radar set. Although, I will give that the Su-34 is cool, but all in all, it’s a piece of shit in the current meta outside the KH-38 missiles for CAS.

Bro’s level of skill issue is literally unseen. Stock grind on this plane is not painful, loadout of 2 r77 and 6 27ET is literally fire, until u get more r77, as for CAS - its great too. Launch all missiles just from spawn, being guarded by a pantsir or even two of em, reload.
Of course, if your team doesnt own air superiority, then some aim120 can ruin your flight, yet still youll be able to lock and send a missile towards multiple targets before you will be shot down.
F15, on the other hand, unless playing in team with pantsir will not be as good as su34, as if it will be locking for too long, it would be on the ground in a matter of a second. Loadouts are neat, yet you still have to use em somehow. Even lobbying can fail sometimes, so…
Not even a skill issue, the Su-34 sucks in air to air, the ET’s are the ONLY good feature about it for air to air. R-77’s are dogshit, and everyone knows it, they eat chaff like it’s a 6yr old wanting ice cream. If I can beat it in a fucking Tornado, that’s a problem. A Tornado should never, in its lifetime, beat a Flanker like aircraft. The Su-34 is best for CAS, the best multirole would be the Su-27SM (4 KH-29’s with a KAB-1500, 2 R-77’s and 2-4 R-73’s and some other loadouts.). The Su-34 is best for CAS, and can only do A2A in certain situations, and for everyone saying it has Su-35 Canards, no, they’re Su-33 Canards. And I’m sure you haven’t forgotten that the Su-34 can’t hold up to a dogfight UNLESS you’re in sim and even then, it struggles. So there ya go, the truth about the Su-34, just a faster more defendable Su-25SM3.

Bruh, it turns 180 on 500-700 kmh in 3 seconds. Even though it has no HMD, use the radar to lock on, then launch the rocket. The best is to hardlock someone, then launch r27er and watch how they try to evade it with chaff. In air rb its not a plane to obliterate the entire lobby, but its not bad. Idk what level of krill issue had that guy you were dogfiting on a tornado with, but bruh

Errr no , it is basically su27 but bigger and worse , still don’t know how that make it a good jet in ARB but sure. The lack of HMD is fine but it does hinder the jet AAM slinging ability so overall. Why would you play this over su27. Is a big question on it own

I mean legit, I found out that the Tornado F.3 and F.3 Late are Energy trap gods if you play it just right, you don’t need a better turn circle when you drain your opponent of energy, but ofc, I’ve never beat an F-15E (self Explanatory lmao), only time I’ve beat the F-15E was when I used the JAS39C, and even then, that was a challenge lol. Now given I will admit, the PESA makes the R-27ER strong, it’s the R-77’s that I just very much dislike as they’re weak. I could probably bring an R-60M up to 13.7 and get a kill with it because at least it can track really well when it wants too (I have gotten kills with the R-60M when I got uptiers in the MiG-29 (9-13), it was a bitch tho).
But yeah, currently, REDFOR’s best aircraft is a Gripen (China), J-10A, Su-27SM (I prefer the MiG-29 (9-19)), and the Yak-141. And even then, the Flankers aren’t really fun to fight against as they’re not much of a fight rn. But russia isn’t exactly weak, just not relevant for air rn. They probably will have a more better aircraft in the December update (hopefully).
Kh-38 is already severely weakened in the game.

I didn’t say that it beat su27.I only brought up my own point to say that it is a mid aircraft in ARB , especially since it is only a AAM slinger, which su27 exist and again it is literally su27 but worse. Considering Su27 aint that great , yeah , just do F15E/I
