Taiwan's First Indigenous Fighter, the AIDC F-CK-1A "Ching-Kuo"

The AIDC F-CK-1 Ching-Kuo is a light, twin-engine supersonic multirole combat aircraft developed by Taiwan’s Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) in response to U.S. export restrictions on modern fighters during the late 1980s. Designed with American technical assistance (notably incorporating design elements from General Dynamics and Honeywell), the aircraft made its maiden flight in 1989 and officially entered service with the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) in 1994.

Characterized by a blended wing-body, full fly-by-wire controls, and an indigenous active radar BVR missile system, the F-CK-1 forms a core leg of Taiwan’s modern air defense alongside the F-16 and Mirage 2000.

Thanks for letting me know, I just came across this aircraft and thought it would be nice to have in game. But, I’m glad to hear it’s passed for consideration.

Too low for Fox-3.
For reference, JF-17 with similar capabilities is 13.3

Probably the most interesting looking aircraft currently flying.

Def should be added.

You’re probably right about Br. placement. 13.0 to 13.3 sounds about right.

and only if its the A MLU / C whatever you wanna call it, the base one with 4 missiles is kinda uhhh
or the proposed C

what a weird mix of F-5 and F/A-18 that thing appears to look like.

amazing that Independant Taiwan build this instead of just using american purchases fully
