Tactical Maps for Enduring Confrontation?

Hey,

Does anyone any have any high resolution files for the maps for Enduring Confrontation Air battles?
Looking specifically for Rocky Canyon, Vietnam, Denmark and Afghanistan.
Unsure if I can extract them somehow using the CDK, I would appreciate any and all help!

Would you mine explaining how you retrieved them? So I can do it on my own in the future, if I need other maps.
