Not gonna lie i still think it should get it, so it will compete with the t-72b3 and other tanks, but if it gets downtier it might cook.
these are 11.0 and 11.3 tanks. your trying to give a 10.7 tank 11.7 fire power.

Across several million recorded matches, it is statistically implausible that the tank is used exclusively by lowskill players. Player skill follows an approximately normal (bell curve) distribution, with high skill players on top, low-skill players on bottom, and the majority of matches played by players near the middle.
Because of this, the gameplay and results of those average players are what primarily indicate the overall performance of the tank.

but with high skill players never having to play the premium because they have nothing to grind
and look what happened once they could use it to grind the Mi-28MN in september
its a well known phenomenon that premium/ squadron vehicles have worse stats compared to the exact same vehicle in the tech tree
and if the same exact tank can be found in minor nations you will see that the same tank will do better in a minor nation
(the same tank 6 different times, in different tech trees and sometimes as a premium variant)

When it is a tank that allows you to skip the natural progression for money then yes it is plausible.
This doesn’t apply for the before mentioned reasons. This would make more sense for a tech tree vehicle that people need to go through the natural progression for, but in this case anybody of any experience level has the ability to buy it at as low of a skill level as possible. Players who have already gone through the tech tree are far less likely to buy it compared to newer players, thus weighing the statistics.

Median is 48.05%, so they are a little bit dumb, not dumb as rocks. Those “dumb” players still under perform with the tank because it has way below the median.

the T-80UD is a high tier GE premium in one of the most played tech trees
which makes alot of bad players buy and use it to grind russia
