i have money and i don’t know which pack to get, the 2A4M or the T72AV? my USSR top teir line up: T80UD,2S38,T80UE1 MY german line-up: LEO 2PL, (potentially a Hunter F.58)
The 2A4M is better in every way.
It’s missing spall liners and the protection isn’t great but still better choice in my opinion.

“Infinite happiness or despair and anger for a life.” Ahh; Leopard 2A4M is the best option in this case however I’ll recommend you finishing USSR tech tree with the vehicles you have unless you really want to research Germany, it’s up to you, however, T-72AV (Turms-T) is far from a good vehicle to buy.

solely due to lineups, TURMS. But you will finish the USSR anyway with those premiums you have (didn you make post like this when there were sales too? just askin).
You certainly wont get any use of Hunter F.58 at 12.3 lol.

The 2A4M is overtiered and does nothing well other than slightly better rounds (inferior to M829A1 btw) and good thermals.
Not really. The BR is too high for what it is.
T-72AV fell off years ago, but literally anything but it. I haven’t played the 2A4M but to be honest I haven’t had hard time against it.
I’d personally recommend buying TURM-3 and then using leopard 2PL with talisman to finish tree

that pretty well describes the T-72AV as well. It’s just a T-72A with thermals and a better round. in fact without the thermals its just a worse T-64B, a 9.7 tank.

The T-72AV is unique in the BR that it is the only Russian MBT option that offers (high quality) thermals and has access to 3BM42, which is as good as it gets for Russians for this BR range.
Other MBTs like T-72Bs are literal gulf war simulator machines.

great mobility (including reverse speed), great optics, great firepower, blow-out panels, 4 crew, great gun depression and elevation
artificially nerfed horizontal drive (accepted bug report), low armor, missing spall liners (accepted bug report)
So, that’s 6 pros and 1 cons if we ignore bugs
Don’t count on those bugs getting fixed any time soon though, some of these NATO bug reports are up to 3 years old…
