Having just played a few games in it (2 games, currently 13-2 KDR), the new reload speed I think warrants a BR increase.
It can be argued that the KPZ-70 also has a 6 sec reload, however the round is much weaker and has weaker armour but has better mobility.
If the T-80B also gets its 6 sec reload, it might also warrant a BR increase, however it shows as 7 secs currently.
The tanks getting a buff from 6.5 to 6 secs might also need BR increases, but I think only the T80-UD and T80-UD/BE will need it.
