T20 - T25E1 Medium Tanks

Just a simple list of all the missing T series medium tanks from T20 to T25E1.

T20E3:

Near identical to T20 in-game, except with torsion bar suspension.

T22:

Near identical to T20 in-game, except using M4 Sherman transmission and mounting early HVSS.

T22E1:

As above, except with autoloading M3 75mm gun capable of 20 rounds-per-minute.

T23 Pilot #1
image
Hull similar to T20 and T22, except with VVSS suspension and electric transmission. Turret is welded instead of cast.

T23 Pilot #2
image
As above, except with turret of T20 and T22.

T23:

As above, except with new improved turret (later fitted to Sherman).

T23E3:

As above, except with torsion bar suspension.

T23 (HVSS):

As above, except with HVSS.

T25 Pilot #2

This is actually the T25 Pilot vehicle that had the stabilizer removed. Gaijin should split the existing T25 into 2 vehicles (the models wrong anyway with features from both).

T25E1 Pilot #1
image
Similar to T25 Pilot #2 except with torsion bar suspension and cast hull.

T25E1 Pilot #1 (T14)
image
As above, except with 2 .50 cals and T14 90mm gun.

T25E1 Pilot #13:

Different vehicle, near identical to Pilot #1 except with range finders.

I want the T25E1 so bad.

What is the difference?

Compared to the T25?

T25E1 is lighter (35.2 tonnes) and has a transmission that can be copied directly from the M26 with slight tweaking, so it wouldn’t have the horrible transmission model the T25 has.

Oh, that’s interesting
I personally think the T23 would be a good addition for tech tree, as 250 were produced

Yeah, I’d love to see all of them. Would really improve that mid-tier line up.

Rangefinder looks very funny. Like an elephant.

How about the T29E3’s rangefinder?

T37 as well.

Gaijin please add to feed my BIAS tanks (namely the IS-4m, IS-3… etc), and my HEAT slingers! Those have a great appetite for these fat fredom heavies.

This is not heavies.

Isnt the T’s heavies for american tanks?

@Jarms
You forgot the T23E4 (T23 with HVSS)
image

Prototypes, just a lot of these in-game happen to be heavies

From what I’ve read, T23E4 was never built. Instead HVSS was given to production T23 tanks (624, 625, and 626). So maybe we could call it T23 (HVSS). I’ll still add it up there.

T just stands for test vehicles, not necessarily heavy tanks.
