the T18B bomb sight is bugged, the bomb drops much shorter than the bomb sight aim indicates
B18B same problem 600 kg mb m/50 bombs, the bomb sight is always further than the actual point of impact, the faster the aircraft the further off is the mark
I’m not entirely sure but i think that is on purpose, the faster the bombers fly the more inaccurate the sight is.
Though if you’re certain that something is wrong then you can bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)

Same problem here. We are not talking about being 5m off, but 100’s m off. In a level flight, going 400km/h I dropped a bomb and it was over 200m off (closer).
How fast are you flying?
How high up are you?
What is your weapon maintenance crew level at?
Bombs scatter different amounts depending on height above ground as well.

Roughly 400-450km/h, about 1km, 0 skill.
I cant upload a server replay directly but here is mega link. At around 7:40-8:00 minutes I try to drop a bomb at a capture point and it lands almost in our spawn, some couple hundred meters closer. I wasnt going exactly level flight but -10 isnt exactly dive bombing. This behaviour is consistent, the bomb always lands much closer than what the bomb sight says.
You can also see when I try to drop the second bomb and switch to the bomb sight, its aiming directly where I am looking. Which is clearly wrong. Maybe its got something to do with the rockets?
Link to the replay:
Edit:
So I was able to confirm its the rockets causing this (via test flight). If I equip the m/49B on the wings and the 2 m/50 bombs. The bomb sight shows the drop point much farther away and as such the bombs fall short. I tried to replicate my dive from the replay, roughly 800m height, -10 degrees dive, 450kmh and it fell roughly 100-200m short.
If go into test flight only with the bombs, they behave normaly and I am able to hit within couple of meters of the target even in that same shallow dive.
You can just link to the server replay. You can find all server replays on the main wear thunder website and you can just copy the link to it and paste that link here. I never download unknown files from forums :P
That is something to add to a bug report as that is a big help for the dev’s when narrowing down the cause of ab issue.
