Axis would lose a lot of WW2 tanks from post WW2, after they surrendered.

If everyone has a tiger, panther, sherman, centurion, T-34, T64/72/80, leopard and whatever the hell else IFF becomes an absolute mess which isnt fun at all. Main reason i dont do much sim

same as captured, keep stuff like the USSR Hurricane as its armed with ShVAKs, nonmodified I would say only to fill gaps where there are no other options, but they are all premium so that’s not really a consideration

Finnish sub tree suffers from this a lot. Their T-34’s are missing their unique external modifications and domestic and German ammunition. Even the Soviet Valentine IX could have the option for German dual MG roof mount field-mod.
If we’re gonna get low effort additions, I would like to see more small differences modeled, but they consistently don’t go the extra mile.

Obvious modifications, not just an extra plate or slightly different gun. needs to be very obvious like the difference between a STRV 105 amd mk2 olifant
for me an armor plate is fine.

When they are in a similar colour paint the only difference thats apparrent is the tracks on the side and the mudguards. both can be blown off or covered up easily.
It needs to be SIGNIFICANT so that even at 1000m you can tell with ease
