Why the difference from T-72B (1989) is only 0.3. It would be foolish to use the original T-72B.

Was moved because britain has no 10.7s other than 1 other SQV. But it was never going to be a good or balanced addition

Yes, of course; you would need to set T-90A to 11.0 and Bhisma to 10.7.
