Some tanks got a new transmission 15kmh rearward, allegedly. I’ve seen at least 1 video with a reverse over 4kmh.
That’s the version we need in the game.

If you have a source that shows that’s the new production transmission, it’s definitely in the realm of possibilities. If not we’re probably gonna have the standard T-90M variant with the -4kmph transmission and the equivalent of the UBH Relict ERA package as a modification.

I don’t think so. The developer is interested in making sure the most famous Russian tank himself gets everything he can have

There is no point in introducing a version without 15 km / h reverse.
He will not offer anything better than the t-80bvm. This will be the biggest disappointment of the much anticipated tank.
I think they understand that with 4 km / h it will be barely better than T72B3

The only -4 kph reverse speed I’m going to play is the Moderna because it has a 30mm autocannon.

the developers will solve it. They can easily make a request to the developer’s company.
There´s nothing to solve. The tank has the same transmission as T-72B3, even though the Russians have developed new things such as automatic gear shifters, they still went cheap in this aspect for T-90M. If the tranmission ever gets improved reverse speed (that could techinically been done rather simply), then we´ll see. But for the moment, T-90M only gets -4 km/h.
Can you document that there are no T-90Ms of certain releases with a different transmission? So far you’re talking without facts
The burden of proof doesn´t lie on me, but on you. However I´ll play along. Even in official materials there is absolutly not even a hint that the T-90M doesn´t have anything but the good old BKP transmission units. T-90MS was advertised with an automatic gear shifter (a drop-in device that replaces the traditional stick, shown below with the number 5) and an associated pseudo-wheel that improves controlability of the tank when turning (3).
The automatic gear shifter device is known as APP-172. Note that its not a new transmission per se but an automatic shifter, in other words, it just operates automatically the same 8 gears of the good old BKP units, one of those being the single reverse gear which achieves -4 km/h.

However, the Russians cut this corner for the T-90M. The following pic is from the driver´s compartment, showing that the APP-172 hasn´t been installed. And even if it was, it would still had the same reverse speed.
To get better reverse speed, the BKP transmission units should be modified, and the best option is the one adopted for the T-84 and BM Oplot tanks which could be copied and applied to any other tank using BKP units just like that.
Addendum: a little more info on the APP-172.

In addition, when the automatic mode of operation remains the ability to shift gears manually. During automatic operation, the machine spends on the gearshift order of 0,2 with. The machine connects to the on-board systems using a two-wire circuit and is installed to the right of the driver’s seat, in the same place as the regular transmission control systems.
On the body of the automatic device APP-172 there is a set of necessary controls. A toggle switch is provided to turn on the device with LED indication, as well as a movable lever with a scale that simulates a regular transmission control device. Thus, the use of the machine does not require complex retraining of personnel with the development of new equipment management principles.
The use of automatic gear, according to the developer, allows you to optimize the work of the transmission due to the correct management of it. Proper transmission control can reduce the acceleration time from standstill to 50 km / h on 2-3 with. Average highway speeds can be increased by 15-20%. The 10-15% reduces fuel consumption. Thus, the installation of a relatively simple and small device allows you to significantly increase the mobility of the armored vehicle and improve its performance."
