But both is the problem, Finland never put nets on the T72 and a majority don’t want a copy and paste T-72. My solution is the best of both worlds, it allows this unique modification which currently is only cosmetic to be displayed on a vehicle that has no difference in game.
I’m gonna come completely clean, I didn’t read the specs, only the history. Now that I’ve read the history, I’ll +1 this but it should come as a premium. The lack of a 12.7 is just enough to change my mind.

As I wrote in the comments earlier, I always intended for this to be a premium, BP vehicle, or an event vehicle with the Barracuda MCS.
I made a suggestion for the T-72M1 specifically with Barracuda MCS, but it was rejected because Barracuda MCS had already been suggested and passed to the developers.
If Barracuda MCS would be added to the game, this would be at this point of time the only T-72M1 that would logically be able to get it as no nation whom operates the T-72M1 has bought Barracuda MCS for their T-72s. Barracuda MCS has been marketed to India for example both for their T-72s and T-90s but they have not bought any netting.

Sadly, Mjölner is only an indirect firing vehicle. The mortars fold down behind a protective shield, so you can not fire directly. The prototype is missing it in some images, but that is the same as the later pre-production run, which has some very minor exterior differences from the full production model; it would have received that shield as well to protect the mortar tubes.
In theory, you could add the Mjölner prototype at its very early stage, but the AMOS also gets STRIX and can fire directly, so that is just a better option.
Nice post, I’m not a fan of trial vehicles but this is a very unique modification. If only Gaijin could make thermal camouflage function properly. I’m not sure your tally of which vehicles survived is quite right however.

The Mjölner prototype couldn’t do direct fire even though it lacked the forward cover and STRIX also can’t be used for direct fire either. AMOS could function as a pure HE launcher in theory however

According to SPHF, all but one of the tanks has been destroyed, which is why the T-72 at Arsenalen would be the only preserved one.
As I wrote in the suggestion, two of the tanks were at Skövde at least until 2018 for the study FOT-SAT 16-18. After that is unclear what happened, but SPHF lists them as range targets, so that would suggest that it happened after 2022, as we have photos of at least one of the tanks that you provided in your comment.
Interestingly though, SPHF also list a T-72 “Ural” which I have not seen any images of or heard anything about previously.
If you’re specifically referring to the listings on SPHF for the T-72M1, that list predates when this photo was taken so they wouldn’t have been destroyed after. Only three are listed as range targets, one is listed as preserved and one as “FÖS”. I’m not sure what the last refers to as FÖS is the armed forces’ survival school, but it is possible that it is the one kept by the armed forces. Whether this is a vehicle that was part of FOT-SAT 16-18 or not, I have no idea.
As for Arsenalen’s T-72 “Ural”, they refer to their T-72M1 as Ural.

The one that is listed as FÖS is probably the one in your image, which would mean two are still around then, so that was an oversight by me. I’ll go ahead and correct that when I can. Thanks for pointing that out. At the time of writing, I was not sure what FÖS referred to, so I just assumed it would have been destroyed as well, so that is on me for sure.

Add the barracuda and make a special event vehicle honestly. As much as I hate it being locked behind a grind, it kinda fits the bill. The normal one could go to the TT.
