Yall complain about 7.7 having to go up against something like the t58 when 5.7 has to go up against tanks like the tiger 2 ska.16 witch has a 2.0 k/d… also other tanks with a good k/d means they should all go up in br as well then by what yall are saying. like how about the kv2 with a 1.80 k/d, KW I C 756 (r) with 2.37, Maus with 2.23, and of-40 with 1.92 I’m probably missing a few but I think yall get the point

Yeah. It’s strong in a downtier and okay at its own BR. Like most tsnks. It could go to 9.0 but no much higher really.
9.0 is where i think it would be perfectly balanced. Its the only vehicle where HESH kinda works so it will always be somewhat strong

its a M103 hull. even with a powerful gun of the BR like the 20pdr on centurions youre only going to be killing the driver or shooting the barrel out.
a L7 105mm fares better but its still a very unfair matchup
T58 weakness:
speed(never makes it to cap points before team)
size(cant hide)
target(gets targeted to being a T58)
6 ammo rack reload takes much longer after this
slow shells
gets uptiered to 9.7 with APSFDS regularly
any kind of APS nerfs it
weight(can’t go up hills fast because of this)
reverse speed!(-4 mph/-7kph)
Any maps that have trees or long range shooting

you saying fine for a heavy tank but 9.0 heavy tanks like obj279 are much better with speed reverse speed isn’t fine for any tank and armor is a strength against only some shells heat or ATGMs from that silly pancake tank instantly kills it and the tree issue is very unique because it has not thermals at an up tier where everyone else does and no fast shells that can go thru trees and I have been seeing tons of Russian APS recently
how about you play with T58 before you make your comment next time
