the FM could, solely because of that driver hatch. but the t44 cant, because when it was 6.3, it curbed stomped games, because fun fact, a very mobile medium with insane levels of armour and its only weakspot is the turret which is still iffy to pen due to the fact its rounded and covered with multiple layers of plates and a gun breach that loves to soak up damage, is very broken.
