yeah that’s the issue with the T-14, its production rate its slooow as heck wich means its less likely that we see it meanwhile stuff like the leopard 2 ARC 3.0 have a more stablished production line wich its just modifying current production lines to make the new armor and the hull together with a relatively simple turret
the thing is, ground updates are way slower progressing then air
you say soon, but at the time ground progresses that still is easily 2 or more years
Specialy germany, sweden, russia (ignoring sweden they dont have mbts left) germany and russia have the 2 strongest archetype mbts, it is way more likely gajin is gonna focus on the lights for us now since we already are dominating in the mbt area, further pushing back or future tanks until competitors might have catched up a bit like m1e3, finished challenger 3 etc etc
the most complicated part of the leo 2 arc 3 propably is the new turret drive, instead of being a ring being a whole ass zylinder that moves

and defense, it makes actualy top attack nearly useless same as shoots from the back sites. its all mass that stops projectiles etc

Also comes fit with a 152mm cannon.

If it could reasonably have been built and is balanced, yes. For example, while the Strv 2000 has insane frontal armor, its sides only have around 80mm (A lot more vs CE tho), and on the rear it only has protection against 13.2mm MGs.
There would also have to be a need to add it- the object 490A is unlikely to be needed, but the O-I is needed.
I’d like to have the 490A anyways tbh even if it’s just the one with the 125mm, I know a bunch on the Russian forum want to see it too. Only if Mockups come though.

High performance vehicles like the ones we’ve been talking about would require Br brackets of their own most likely.
