Switching directX11 to directX12 make my game ugly without changing other parameter

I have a good pc build. All my component are upated
but i cant get the RT on because when i switch direct X11 to 12 my game goes ugly even if i play with settings it still ugly

My pc
Nvidia 4070ti
32giga ram
intel core 14400kf

I have no problème with fps i run the game at cinématic in 200fps

can you please tel me how to fix drctX12 so i can use RT

Select DX12
Close the game

Nvidia App > Graphics > War Thunder - Optimize.

Open the game
