Taking into account you can carry like 13 belts storage, Low Rate of fire, Meet well armored vehicles at 4.7 BR, which Can make it in an awkward position if we speak about practical terms.
What makes this worse is the Velocity of the AP round is 910 and the HEFI is 850 ish
So your sense of velocity goes completely out the window

They are SPAA for Christ sake. Just let them have pure HE belts at the very least. I can kinda understand not giving them pure SAP belts or AP/SAP belts because it could be a bit too effective against against some tanks, but a pure AP belt is unlikely to break anything balance-wise. We already have 40 mm SPAA at 2.3 with pure AP. I don’t see why the L-62 can’t get them at 3.3.

What`s Even Worse Is that The HEFI Is Lighter than the AP Shells, and the Velocity of the HEFI is still 850 m\s, Take a look:
Compare It To the Velocity and Mass of:
The HEFI Velocity Need to be Faster Than The AP, But I Have a Theory:
- The Devs made a mistake by Writing the Speed of the both Projectiles and mistake The Velocity of the AP To The velocity Of the HEFI.
Either:
- The HEFI Does not have much Propellent To achieve Such velocities.

Nope it was because the Lvakan 48 (L/70) could use L/60 ammo during training and since it could technically fire it, they wont fix it.

Because it’s not a bug that needs fixing but a new implementation.
It’s the same when a vehicle could use some ammo and gaijin is like: Should we implement it? Let’s flip a coin.
To be honest it’s probably up to a devs initiative to implement something like that.
Otherwise you can’t explain why some vehicles get new shells and others don’t.
Man, just give me Access and I fix every historical issue myself 😂
Often times you just flip some numbers and the issue is fixed.

Seriously, if Gaijin just let players fix the bugs and just review the changes the players are making, I think the next major update would have 2000+ bug fixes and at least 150 new vics 😂

Also i made a bug report on the Strv m/41 S-II
The strv m/41 S-II currently has a top speed of 41 km/h in 5th gear at 2 300 Rpm.
It goes (In-game)
1st gear : 4km/h / 2300 rpm~
2nd gear : 10 km/h / 2300 rpm~
3rd gear : 16 km/h / 2300 rpm~
4th gear : 25 km/h / 2300 rpm~
5th gear : 41 km/h / 2300 rpm~
Reverse gear : 6 km/h / 2300 rpm~
However it should be(according to page 1 of the manual "Scania-vabis Strv m/41 S-II":)
1st gear : 4.1km/h / 2300 rpm~ (Gear ratio: 1 : 10,25)
2nd gear : 10.3 km/h / 2300 rpm~ (Gear ratio: 1 : 4,08)
3rd gear : 16.7 km/h / 2300 rpm~ (Gear ratio: 1 : 2,55)
4th gear : 27 km/h / 2300 rpm~ (Gear ratio: 1 : 1,6)
5th gear : 43 km/h / 2300 rpm~ (Gear ratio: 1 : 1)
Reverse gear : 5.3 km/h / 2300 rpm~ (Gear ratio: 1 : 6,88)
Not a huge increase but it would make it more agile at lower speeds aswell, however this has yet to be acknowledged-

I would love to have APHE and SAPHE on my American and British Bofors.
