Support Ticket Is now in a status of 'awaiting reply'

I have been transferring my Xbox account which was linked to an email to the pc war thunder launcher, and when I loaded on it was an Xbox account still. I have sent a support ticket out to the gaijin help and the ticket has been marked as ‘awaiting your reply’. on my email it says the ticket status has been verified and the label next to it is green, but I’m not sure what to do now. Do I send an email to them back responding to the email? i have no clue and really need some help here.
