Support refusing to help. psn account is getting deleted progress is getting wiped

I’m honestly so frustrated right now. I’ve been trying to get help through the ticket system and I just keep getting the same copy-paste answers.

Sony sent me a notice that they are permanently deleting my PSN account (Mshawish16) on March 14, 2026. I sold my PlayStation a long time ago and I don’t have access to the old email address anymore, so I’m literally locked out and can’t stop the deletion.

I’ve told Support all of this, but they just keep telling me that unlinking is “on hold.” I know it’s on hold, but this is an emergency. If my PSN gets wiped on the 14th, all my years of War Thunder progress and everything I’ve paid for is gone forever.

Sony says they can’t do anything, and Gaijin support is just ignoring the deadline. I’m moving over to my new PC and I just want to save my account before it’s too late.

Can a moderator or manager please help me? My ticket number is #3393474. I’ve attached the proof of the deletion date below.

I hear ya bud but I don’t think Gaijin makes exceptions for anyone or anything.

Are you sure your war thunder account is going down with your psn account? I think it might also be bound to your email or something. I’m currently not using my psn email to log into the same account on my pc so it might be a possibility, especially since we got our own user id from Gaijin

Actually, for PlayStation accounts, the Gaijin account is hard-linked to the PSN UID. If Sony deletes the PSN account, the Gaijin login linked to it becomes invalid because it can’t verify the license through Sony anymore. I can log in on PC now, but once Sony wipes the PSN ID on March 14th, the link breaks and the account is gone. That’s why this is an emergency.

wait, where do you see that? is the deletion only for ps4 players or sth? This is also making me kinda worried

they sent me an email saying that theyre going to delete my account because its inactive since i sold my playstation

How did you receive the notice if you aren’t using the original email? Did you migrate either account to a new email at any point?

I receive the notices because my current Gmail is listed as the contact/recovery email for the Sony account.

However, the primary login email (the one required to actually sign in and stop the deletion) is an old address I no longer have access to. I’ve already tried to recover it through Sony but they wouldnt verify me for because they send a verification code to my second email that i lost so its bassiacly a loop hole. but since I sold my console and don’t have the original details, and they can’t verify me. And say its a security risk.

If you remember the original email you could try recovering it, but other than that hope Sony comes through.

No, i dont remember the email, Ive tried contacting sony multiple times to try to recover it. They wont do anything due to security reasons.

Have you tried to contact PSN?

I guess this happensd because they can’t be sure you haven’t bought the account.
