Great summer sale, I had 150$ set aside for some rank 6/7 planes I wanted to grab but that money is being used for something else because Gaijin can’t ever do something consistently

Everyone were waiting for so long for this sale, i personally was gathering money for Prem to bbuy with my friend, every year every year i repeat was the same schedule, and only now its changed, we are simply sad and unwilling to spend time in war thunder during summer :/

Had set aside $350 for the 10 premium T7 jets to grind the trees over the summer!
Then finally comes the summer sale and there is only garbage in it, pure disappointment.
I’ll be done with the grind until the next sale, then you can keep the jets and I my money…

Very dissapointed with this sale, and seems I’m not the only one. Compared to previous Summer Sales, this year seems unimaginative and lack-luster due to only certain pack being vehicles on sale.
Definite pass on spending money from me, shame too, I was looking forward to buying some rank 7 premium aircraft.

I don’t get it. They get all of the goodwill with those changes, people willing to spend money, then… there’s (literally) nothing to spend it on. Well, just a Des Moines and the M728 CEV for me. That’s it. Waiting for november makes it one year without spending money for me.

The “Victory Day Sale”, late April/early May & the “Anniversary Sale”, late Oct./early Nov are when you can purchase discounted premium time and various in game sales discounts, both GE & SL vehicle purchases are cheaper, BUT, the newer vehicles are not included. No Rank VI or VII premiums being offered for discounted sale should not seem unusual, they are also the higher priced vehicles . . . you shouldn’t really expect a discount, just because" you wanted one" . . . if ya know what I mean. Gaijin is a business and businesses have one goal . . . to make money. It is really a bit naive not to consider these things. Premium vehicle prices have risen, I would not be surprised if premium time also became higher priced in the future. Many in game adjustments seem geared towards increasing revenues as well . . . just how it is . . . way of the world. Gaijin is actually pretty limited in the things they can do to earn more money from their game, which also makes it harder for the player base, in general. No one is forced to buy anything as it is a F2P game, so the choice is yours . . buy it or not. But no sense throwing a fit over it, because a) it doesn’t do any good & b) not likely to change how they do things anyway. If you like it, can afford it and the price seems reasonable to you . . . go for it. If you cannot answer yes to all 3 of those factors . . . . toss a coin or just . . . wait. I used to buy stuff regularly and loved seeing sales because I got more for less . . I like that. But now I am retired, living off a meager retirement and I just can’t afford stuff like I used to. . sale or not. Because I like food . . . and sleeping indoors and stuff . . . but that’s me . . . . lol . . . . . insert cool WT emoji here___________
