Look at the bottom right. It says 180 which is the designation for the R-77M. 4 of the available positions are in the weapon bays as you can see from the dots. The VKS hasn’t ordered the 2-3 adapter so they can’t carry 6.
no, the whole convo is about 4 or 6 missile inside the bay. the only thing a part i said is that we dont even have proof of su57 bay with missille to begin with.
R77m was made for the su57 to begin with, what make you think i said that its not compatible.
was not that hard…
I asked you:
You replied that there is no visual proof and we only have images of the Kh-58shke
My image is supposed to give you what you are looking for but you don’t seem to understand
What is 170-1? R-77-1?
It’s the R-77-1 and as you can see, they can’t be carried internally
yes
which i clearly told you viual proof =/= compatible.
its a fact that we never saw weapons on the su57 bay other than Kh58.
What year was this missile developed?
I’ll let you Google such facts
I already googled it. They developed this missile alongside their stealth fighter and somehow… it doesn’t fit into the fighter’s internal weapon bays! This aircraft is just incredible in every possible way.
This missile was developed alongside it, but main goal was to make a replacement for R-77 because it was made in Ukraine and it’s obviously suboptimal. For T-50 completely new set of missiles was planned, 2 of them exist as R-74M2 and R-77M. There should be Izd 810 somewhere in development, but very little known about it
But that’s exactly what I wrote.
X developed alongside Y doesn’t mean that X was designed to be used by Y
It is a very, very promising missile. It’s a derivative of the R-37M which is already a very potent missile. The izdeliye 810 will have better speed and range (dual pulse) and possible a AESA seeker. It’s also designed to fit in the Su-57s weapon bays which the R-37M is not capable of.
Photo of a Su-57 carrying 4 R-37Ms:
did you get the wrong photo or am i blind ? cant see nothing
They are not really visible, all you can see is 4 blobs under the plane. The photo was just for fun, not to prove anything.
The AIM-152 was developed during the same time as the F-22 and it would not be able to fit in the F-22’s internal weapons bays.
You notice how dumb this logic is? R-77-1 was not made for Su-57, same goes for the AIM-152 and F-22.
after zooming in, i think its more like 2 r74m than r37m, other thing is its white, which mean its a kh35 or r77-1 or r74m. it cant be r37m as its grey rather then white.
