The only thing typed was “Mig-29”, no specific model.
9.12 and 9.13 are the oldest models, the F-16A Block 1/5 of Mig-29s.
They should only have R-60Ms, just as if and when F-16A Block 5 is added it should only have AIM-9Js.
If you want the R-73 Mig-29s, they exist and more are coming.
Also a document is not a vehicle, that is a proposal, and ANY of that proposal in-game is a full loadout. It doesn’t have to nor should it be all of it.
Yak-141 would be a terrible 13.3 with R-77s & R-73s.

At best 13.0, same as F-4F ICE and J-8F with ARH there and IRCCM as low as 12.0 (prem Mirage)

F-4F is under-BR’d as-is, and J-8F is inferior to the Yak-141.
Mirage F-1C’s airframe is worse than Phantom.
Hard to be “inferior” then you’re faster, have better close range missiles, have them more, have more countermeasures, digital RWR and being ARH carrier

Yak-141 is currently 12.7, there are no AMRAAM carriers at 12.7.

9.13 and 9.12 historically had r73s, in that Sense the 27er is far more controversial. Those limited to r60 were monkey models exported to 3rd world countries like Iraq.
