Unknown. T-10M program switched to PESA version of bars relatively quickly, ther is no actual data on N011 performance available, outside of western “educated guesses”.
Flanker wise current SM2 is my favorite while 37 takes second place.
As for MIG section new addition of 9.41KR became my favorite, sorry 9.15M I don’t wanna play with you anymore.
I looked at BARS-29 after you mentioned, man wish Russia had budget to put that radar to their MIG’s.
Imagine deploying our 9.41 with that radar plus R-77-1, would’ve been amazing.

i don’t think so, i need to check exact years to be sure, but iirc N011M was proposed and tested while T-10M program was still in development
T-10M-12 was the airfame used for N011M testing, N011M was installed in 1996. T-10M-8 also was designated for such tests but most of the work was on T-10M-12
When it comes to T-10M-11, actually there is no hard evidence of N011M installed on it

there is a photo of T-10M-11 N-011M installed, so it also had it

it does, 180 degrees for both, which is pretty wild
so, from Fomin book:
detection of air targets of “Fighter” type - 160-200km
detection of large air targets - up to 400km
180 degrees of gimbal both for azimuth and elevation
tracking of up to 24 air targets simultaneously and attacking up to 8 targets
N011 weighs around 650 kilos and it was one of the reasons why Su-27M recieved canards - to maintain required balance in pitch axis.
But this is very optimistic numbers i’d say, especially if you take into consideration western sources that claim that N011 was not able to get more than 4 DL channels, and the fact that Su-30MKM (and probably MKI) have N011M with only 4 DL channels as well. There is a possibility ofc, that western info is not correct and MKI/MKM recieved downgraded version of N011M (which is possible tbh, USSR/Russia never offer same hardware for export and domestic use) but i tend to believe that numbers from Fomin book are projected values and not ones that were actually achieved during testing.

i would actually exclude AL-41 because it was installed for engine tests. But the shape of Su-27M in my opinion would be:
N011M radar with 4 DL channels, because it was the final choice before program was completely shut down
Possible N012 rear looking radar (there are no photos of it, but it was planned for Su-27M and some of the prototypes had rear part of the tail boom painted with radiotransparent paint)

problem is modelling it in War Thunder. Iirc, P-51s should have basic rear looking radar that warns pilot if something is on his tail but this is still not implemented
we can never have something good with gaijin anyway. that’s to be expected
