Not to mention it practically impossible to make it look nice, because where is no way properly mirror a double digit number (and you will waste all your decal slots by doing that)
Can you tell me if the real Su-27Sm is like this in real life or not?

SU-30MK this clean

Hmm, okay
I thought the Su-30MK had this too when I was reporting on the J-16
27SMs were mostly upgraded from 27S so they have these covers in places where SPO-15 used to be. Su-30MK were built with L-150 from the get go, there is nothing to cover on the intakes.
If there are freshly built Su-27SM airframes, they would most likely have clean intakes as well
Hope the pilots are okay.
Collision means they were quite close to each other. Flew in pair?
hopefully its not the close shot like we sometime in videos because if its that, pilot are in big trouble
Bro lost his career over a good photo if so. We have to wait and see
Watch how people will run up and say that it’s not MT because fins aren’t clipped
Time for gaijin to rework the Kh-38MT model and give it better pull because that’s what non-clipped fins do 😏
To be fair i am not even sure that clipped fins ARE a thing, they could be just be folded fins with tips torn off due to bad storage on a mock-up
🤷
I never bothered looking into ts
link to the video?
The clipped fins are real, but they’re a part of a later program relating to 38Ms, it and a couple other changes are what provide the jump to ~70km in range from 40.
Time to be that guy i guess
Hmm

Grid can be seen on the higher res one
Blast it all, I knew it was too good to be true…
what was the original picture?
One deceased one in the hospital is what ive seen reported on tf and around the internet, dont know how reputable the information is.
