BVVD on stream said that B-25 was tested against MIM-3 or MIM-14 and it survived it pretty well
i do not belive that a B-25 takes a 270kg warhead of a MIM-14 well

for air launched stuff its most likely the fakour 90
and for anything biggger you would have to do a user mission that lets you launch the S-300 or patriot
the Pantsir SM-SV should also be interesting since it dosent have a big warhead, but alot of shrapnel
