Tbf they have like, one unqiue design which is J-16?
It is follow knaapo su30 design in many ways, also have J-15 which is sooort of unique. I just like the dark grey camo on them, sort of like serdyukov scheme. I also like light grey flanker camo but less so.
I study engineering and I frequently have to deal with several pages of calculations, considering how messy it can get with just the metric my mind cannot comprehend how a sane human being could possibly do that with these horrors… and actually prefer them over the metric. Like, nothing works, you have to throw coefficients everywhere and you can’t even check homogeneity because it doesn’t exist

I don’t think so. Apart from the aesa, which the su35 will get it soon. It’s all the same or worse than the su35.
That AESA and HMD itself makes huge difference, lets be honest here.
As for missile comparison I think Pl-10>R-74M2 and Pl-15>R-77M (might be wrong about 77M part tho).
the AESA makes it worse for WT since no 120° gimbal
and the HMD is only relevant to sim players
i have seen exactly zero legit sources on the performance of the Pl-10
