All these were designed in the 90s and 2000s if I’m not wrong and the book its adapted from was first published in 1984.(sentou yousei yukikaze) The MKM is photoshopped from the 2010s.
the counter shows you how many useable bombs you have left, so it dosent count the one that didnt drop since it has some kind of issue and cant be dropped

Are the intake grids on the Flanker tied to speed or altitude?
I was faffing about in the SM2 and noticed they come down at low speeds, even while airborne.

well, then it broke completly
those grills are only for takeoff (and landing?), similar to the intake doors on the Mig-29
when in the air the flanker uses a similar system to the f-14
