it maybe a Su-30, but I doubt it’s a 33 or older 27.

i think its a Su-35 after seeing the pic ron sent aswell but i found this, VKS pilots also appear to use a orange flight suit aswell looking closely at these photos

My best guess is that it is a standard issue if you are intercepting over the water area. Or, well, doing any missions that might include flying over water
