WE are huffing hopium.
As GitGood confirmed before the RWR is still the same.
But the report made by Digod clearly pointed out that bulb was missing, I’m indeed huffing copium.

Neither of the highlighted text sections make any mention of using TWS for this guidance, in fact they claim illumination of two targets at the same time. This is more likely to be the ability to provide STT to more than one target, something possible with AESA/PESA radars.
And how are multiple STTs initiated?
By necessity it means you can initiate one STT, and still have your TWS to find the second target and initiate the second STT.
Hence … Guiding (the first) R-27ER in TWS.
Track While Scan doesn’t imply anything about how long and how often each target is illuminated.
Yes to guide R-27ER the radar would need to illuminate the target longer and more often (I.e. “Priority Track”). But it’s still TWS (Track -the illuminated target- While Scanning for other targets)
Note that IRBIS-E is a PESA radar and illumination is also done via the main radar transmitter. It’s not like an APQ-120 with a separate CW illuminator.
“Hard Lock” or “Single Target Track” by definition means the beam is hard locked to and following a single target.
When you lock more than one target it is essentially a “Priority Track” where radar spends more beam time on each target to provide sufficient illumination for semi-active radar homing missiles, in terms of update frequency and duration of each illumination.
All in all, by necessity you have to have access to TWS to find and lock the second target, while the first missile is going towards the first target.
Many such cases.

I hope this gets double pylons like the J-15T.
Tested the speed and FM a bit, and honestly it’s quite enjoyable, perhaps with newer WS-10 engines it might even surpass the SM2 a bit in certain regimes.
It already has same amount of Fox-3s as J-15T so I kinda doubt it.
