It’s far easier to learn languages when you’re a kid tho?
It was a joke, i am a native speaker
Oh lol
Well then, you should try French, it’s really intuitive and simple
Half of the letters in a word are silent, the other half are skipped, ez
Learn italian, we got the best insults in the world
What you did to an F-104 sure is an insult to every 4th gen aircraft
F-104 ASA M got to be one of the biggest waste of money ever.
At least, while waiting on the EFA project tho, we had F-16’s and Tornados.
It was funny as hell though, let’s be honest. Can’t blame them
I studied French in school.
For a Russian speaker, the funniest phrases in French are:
“Owl hunt” - Chasse au hibou
“Dance floor” - piste de danse
“Porthole” - hublot
They sound similar to all sorts of funny, nasty things in Russian.
BTW, it didn’t seem like a simple “uh, so we have an 8-letter word, we don’t read the first 2 and the last 4. We read the 2 in the middle.”
Once I found out the double meaning of LeBron James for the french it is now my favourite one
Also, got any consideration about this report?

Excuez-moi?
MiG-29M intakes, don’t ask me, ask Gaijin
Oh yeah, Tornado ADV is quite fun to play and i also shilled out for a Roman shield livery for F-16
Italians just saw a jet that looks like one big thick strand of spaghetti and just couldn’t restrain themselves
I don’t know yet, I need to think about it.
I have some questions about the approach to RWR, where if the documentation doesn’t specify anything, you’ll still get precise azimuth display at the stated elevation angle in the game.
And personally, I have questions about how you can achieve 60 or 90 degrees of coverage without installing additional antennas.
So, for the SPO-15, the document might have specified ±90 degrees, and if we didn’t know the specifics, we would have gotten an azimuth definition of ±90 degrees in elevation.
There’s a suspicion that most RWRs still have a limited irradiation pattern at angles greater than ±30.
you can see additional antennas on SM2 tho. One is on the spine, other is under the chin.
Spine mounted one is even modelled in WT
I agree that this is most likely the case,
I’m not exactly sure what these antennas are, and I was speaking in general terms.
We already have a number of aircraft with 360 RWR, and a large list has now been given ±60.
No one is, but i haven’t seen anything in Russian arsenal that uses knob-like antennas outside of L-150.
Interestinly enough, Su-35S doesn’t have them (at least airframes with close up shots that i could find)
Also i am quite late to the party, but isn’t entirety of the Su-27SM, 30SM and 30SM2 have wrong tail antennas kit? I’ve only looked at it closely since we started to talk about L-150.
30MKs have correct L-150 knobs right above the rudders facing outwards.
here they are on a Su-27SM photo
but in-game we have something weird
