Going from the Su-30SM to the Rafale had the same effect for me.
From less than 2 k/d and 50%wr to 3.7 and 80%, sent me back to the Su-27SM, can’t be bothered with top tier anymore.

My max BR recently has been 13.7, more usually 13.3 . I can’t be bothered to fight Rafales anymore.
I love the Rafale irl, but I absolutely despise it in game.
I’m looking to pick up the MKK next sale to finally get a Flanker with a decent radar and decent long range missiles.
Not unlike the MiG-29, the best option turns out to be a premium…

It’s the same radar as the 27SM.
I’d still recommend it, the MKK is TONS of fun, especially in sim.
Plus the dark grey camo is beautiful.
Also for anyone not aware, you should be using the N001 and N019 in HPRF TWS. It’s much more efficient at picking up targets than the normal TWS on these radars.
I love my flanker more, I’m sure I’ll always perform better on them, I don’t even know my K/D ratio, I haven’t looked at it in a while. I think my performance dropped significantly because of the Mirage F1C, that awful plane.

Honestly at high skill level, SM2is more broken than Ralph, although you have to be real good for that to be the case

Averaging 10kd with Ralph or SM2 imo is nothing impressive
Overall stats are not that interesting to me either, it’s more on a per vehicle basis with the player as the constant that you’re able to see how balanced some things are relative to each other. Although some anomalies may rear up, in my case I’m doing significantly better in the MiG-29 than the Yak-141 despite it being on paper the better plane, I eventually picked the Rafale to compare it to my Su-30 due to both being talked about as if they were the second coming of the T-2, and they turned out hardly comparable.

I’m still playing with the Rafale, it’s a monster, but I think I perform better in the Su-30SM(2)
