7P=ERs. They have pretty much the same mechanics of DL+IOG. Kinematics is the difference, and there is no “over performance” you have not proved such a thing at all.

I don’t remember the exact numbers, but the time between unlocking and re-locking a target should only be around 5 seconds, I think. And a lock can only be re-acquired 45(?) seconds after the missile was launched.

Gaijin decision making regarding top tier air has been all over the place lately. As luque said, fixing the Captor radar would have done the trick. Similarly, the US tree is just getting trolled at that point, first with the DOA F-15C GE, now with the DOA F-18E, and still no decent fighter in sight.

On top of it, we now have offenders like the new Gripen at 14.0? Like… what?

R27ER seeker head discussion

Alright, bear in mind all of this info is regarding the export r-27r1/er1. Not domestic, only export versions. Gaijin has access to a primary source for domestic r-27 and is modeled off that that is available on in Moscow, I’ve only seen a few pages of it and it seems to be configured fairly well. Anyways, with that outta the way, IRL the datalink r-27er does not send signals to the missile to change its flight path. It sends how much the real target has deviated from expected flight path.

Think at the time, multipath set 100 meters and overall some what easy to notch the radar. If we have pesa radars, they could get an insanely smaller notch gates and it just makes the missile that much harder to notch regardless of the relocking mechanic. Wont need it. Not that you really need it in the first place anyway w Irbis when you can fire n notch safely.

You forgot about T series armor, 45mm APHE, Buk-M3, BMPT, Soviet Union (Battleship) and activity in Sov/Ru tech overshadows what ever happening with Rafale its just nothing not even close people don’t care even now you complain about Kh-38 stop coping and pretending that people care about something that is not Ru/Sov.
