i found the new filter is so good.
Oh no, i am not even talking about SRC or TWS, it was basically useless with old scan pattern. I am talking about surviving to the 10km range (old HMS range before the buffs) and trying to get something with ACM or HMS. If there was even a hint of a missile in a box - you will lock it instead of a plane, regardless of aspect.
now just need to have a good radar screen instead of the trash green.
My R-77-1 turned in to AIM-77-1 sparrow
I think that R-77 was straight up aiming for you.
“The missile know there it is…”

The radar mount is different cus it’s for a different radar )))))))))))
And for the IRST idk, I somewhat doubt they replaced 30SM’s original IRST w/ OLS-35 but not sure.
Yeah, missiles and radar are weird, because this in playing GRB with BMPT
Are the normal R-77s bugged? I was gonna grind the SM2 with the SM, but I might use the MK2.
i havent had any issues with the R-77s only the R-77-1s have been tweaking for me
and yet there is no problem to fit N035 inside because it was tested on MK2
probably not, no reason to
IDK, I got very stressed playing a buggy game and not being able to enjoy the Su-30SM2, so now I’m in GRB, I don’t know about the R77.
I’m kind of curious why you bring up the original N035 testbed? It’s not the same afaik as the one on Su-35, and also it wasn’t even related to Su-30SM2 if that’s what you’re implying…
Either way 30SM2 uses N011M irl, but I guess it’s gaijin we’re talking about.
Going from the SM’s Radar to the MK2’s feels like I’ve been lobotomized.
I gonna try ARB again
Good luck, I just dropped 6 kills in the MK2.
atleast every spec of dust wont show up on the TWS like how it does for the N035 rn
Know what DOES show up though?
Nothing.
HUD changed externally, still the Thales one in 1st person view.
Gonna report the HUD tint when they change it
Because i am making a point that radar mount in the airframe doesn’t matter that much.
only proof of that being chief designer vaguely saying that “radar was upgraded”, but people for some reason say it with such confidence as if they personally installed N011M in every single SM2 airframe.
