isn’t 40 GHZ k band and not l band?

(su-35)
Ye 20-40 GHz is K band
would su-30sm have a more advanced rwr than su-35? currently the su-30sm rwr can go into l band
Idk maybe I bands are rare to see in aviation and they decided to reduce it to K
SU-30SM2 Vastly Overperforming HMD Limits [DEV]

still cant believe they still didnt add the extra cms.
I feel like that its a Physical limitation of the pilot than the Radar itself. And with that i feel like it should be add to all Jets/radar.
No its not lol.
Russian HMS devices are overperforming in game
Also that source specifically talks about RADAR hms limits

su-30sm2 unable to guide in 2 sarhs at once

dude I was freaking out. I read

as “Up to 2 ARH” and I was so worried for a second .
gives good diagram for HMS limtis (blue)

that looks actually like the bars in this brochure
especially if you look at the base where the radar was mounted in the nose
Yea i know that brochure. Its that its odd that the radar can search beyond that. But the helm can’t.
it specifically states irbis and not this bars thing

@GitGood looks like we’re both right for the su-30 variant that tested irbis.
Su-30mk 503 was originally a su-30mk/mkk, then it got upgraded to mk2
probably not
since that is still a brochure for the Su-35
and its probably highly unlikely/ or straight up impossible to find a pic of a rocket pod being mounted there on the Su-30SM2
Shouldn’t Su-30SM2 be around 19 ton or even heavier since it got AL-41F-1S and N035?
