There it is, it’s French but basically says that the aircraft in 2024 is planned to get multiple upgrades but didn’t receive any as of 2024
so its a speculative news article

Not really, it has multiple sources in it. It’s a summary technically.
You can always try to translate it to EN, it works pretty well.
But it’s far from being the best source

would su-30sm have a more advanced rwr than su-35? currently the su-30sm rwr can go into l band
