Nah, this thing exists since forever. At one point it was even a model that you see in a hangar when you look at a different plane and Su-30 is in one of the crew slots

Well, hard to say at this point. But it could be that exact model modified with new antenna and named SM2 for future work. But man getting SM2 over Su-35 gonna be hilarious, I couldn’t even predict something like this
