Funniest thing that it is only Su-27SM. Su-27, Su-30SM have no problem deploying flaps with ETs. Su-30SM can deploy flaps with ERs as well. Su-30MK2 also can deploy flaps with 0 problems.

I am more concerned about it being a single seater Su-27 capable of carrying all this and having additional hardpoints on a wing for A2G weapons. I wonder what exact model is this one
