Sukhoi Su-27/30/33/35/37 Flanker series & Su-34 Fullback - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 2)

true, In my head it was a scan zone of like ±30° lol

I saw a brazilian pilot who tested it for the fx2 program at an arms expo talking about it briefly, not a lot of data or docs, it was just an interview, but Im guessing its not really relevant in real combat, just like you said and I did too, its aesa technology

But more range than KH-38 have

surely China will also get it

more range dosent equal better

sure you now have a missile with 150km range and how will you use it after spawning 30km away from the battlefield?

it will also travel for ages

bigger chance of getting intercepted tho

The Mavericks are nearly the same speed, don’t see such a big problem here

there’s like 0 point using it over the kh38, all its gonna do is prolong the grind

Anything but a new MiG…

does it get 77-1’s?

Jesus, from the kit you described it literally sounds ass

(in service no) technically no, but they can add it cause its compatible

probably still has the base AL-31s like on the normal 13.0 flanker

SU-30MK2 only use KH-29 or KH-59, and now?

I see, other than that, since its not the TVC AL-31, it has like 11650kgf like the base Su-27?

oh right, you just answered my next question lol

Rip that’s bad, not even the slightly better acceleration (like the SM)

they will probably not give it the r77 at all so that they can put it at 13.0

Su-33 2.0
