The others increased fuel capacity but not the fuel amount for normal load. Su-35 should be no different.
Even so, fuel load is considered based on range not % of total capacity. The AL-41 is more efficient than the earlier engines and does not need as much fuel to go as far. This means the weight is likely less for normal takeoff.
In any case, expect the weight to be above 19 tons, maybe not more than 20.
We need to decide what info we going to use. There a lot of info posted on the Su-30sm that state 9400 fuel same as other Su-27. The Brochure of the Su-30smE even state 9300 for max fuel. Much lower that the page with the 9640 you’re referring for MK.
Same page referring to 9640. Talk about two plane MKI and MK’K. Maybe the Chinese MK has more fuel. I have read that they ask for it. But i haven’t read much on Chinese flankers to confirm it did have more fuel. For what we know the data on that page could be a mixture of two different plane. Like it state on * ** ***.
BBCRF also has confirm or claim that Su-30sm don’t have fuel on the Vertical stabilizer. In game Su-30sm don’t have fuel in them either. So the 9700 figure its just wrong.
Spoiler
We know that Russian would love to have more fuel on their planes. So why the Su-30sm don’t have the Suppose 9640 max fuel.?
I just noticed that the Su-34 centerline bar they modeled in the Su-30 is clipping into the tail boom, god I can’t wait for them to fix the 3d model problems
