Which is the entire reason I’ve been hard grinding the USSR tech tree since December. My conclusion has been y’all have been full of cope. The jets are perfectly useable. Dude it was and still is dominant missile. R-77 was literally a glorified SARH with the ranges it needed to be fired for effective use, while AIM-120 slingers can sling it BVR and force people into a defensive posture which grants them positional advantage
It is perfectly usable still within 20km, idk why you douln’t think that otherwise
Also have you used the N001 before they figured out the scan pattern was bugged? That PoS was blind as hell, again forcing you to be under 20km just so you can use HMD PD
