With SU30SM capability, I really doubt it will be great 14.0 material unless it does get R-77-1 with Su-27SM dual pylon loadout. Even then I doubt it will be that efficient since R-77s will still suck quite a bit and the T/W ratio isn’t the best anyways. Also 96 CM will not help u challenge AMRAAM spam. Maybe let’s wait and see how a better radar does on a flanker first, and what they do with J11B if it comes first. Really need some decompression as well.

F-15EX is F-15E with FBW and better electronics, maybe slightly lighter empty but loaded up, heavier

I have my doubts. Also in some source 177s engine are pitch for all flanker and in other is for Su-75. So its hard to tell. I think its for the first option. That its why it was reveal at China.

IF we go with that. Su-35’ are from 90’s. First Su-35 its like 92 and Su-37 its from 96?. T-10bm its from 2003. So yea still like 10 years gap.

The radar performance though, I doubt Su35 will be able to compete with F15EX in that sense, also since that is the F22 ‘replacement’ (ironic but true), and also even with R-77M it will be hard to say if it is really an AMRAAM-D equivalent never mind AIM-260.
I wouldn’t say replacement. AIM-260 and the current upgrade program will keep the F-22 going strong until NGAD is in full service. F-22 and F-15EX are complementary aircraft.
Yes, F-15EX likely has the most powerful, capable AESA radar ever fitted on a fighter, but its flight performance will generally be worse than Su-35S. I think an R-77M would be 120D-3 equivalent, not AIM-260 though
