i use radar for finding targets and identification…i only locks them for second to identify and see where they are and then i go full stealth mode with IRST

So this thing only gets 4 r60m? Unless its got a lot to make up for it I don’t see it doing well above the other IR only planes like the mig 27 mig21 bis etc.
Yeah 4x R-60M but with better CAS abilities it should be much better than MiG-27M/K which are decent on that BR.

It will have similar optical sensor like MiG-27K + impulse-doppler radar Orion-A with maximum range 150km which can search and track ground targets.

Before move to implemented
I want gaijin come up with add 2x R-73 on Su-24M and increase BR to 11.7 or 12.0 for next major update
And not forgot rename on tech tree & stat card

in reality they can’t do this because su24m2 has a different cockpit and better equipment 24M is not M2, probably su24m2 will come in the next update with R73 and will be on the same BR as su25sm3
In fact Su-24M never armed KAB-500S satellite guided munition and KAB-1500L
But why gajin add on Su-24M ?

I hope gajin removed Su-24M2 modification Tier II (KAB-500S) and KAB-1500L from Su-24M in next major update
Well, on RU forums it being said “Await for updated”, so… who knows?
It would be better to just remove the KAB-500S, than force in R-73’s and have it move up to a higher BR where it just faces far stronger enemies anyway.

The SU-24M literally has a SU-24M2 modification in-game, what we have is indeed a SU-24SM2.
Out of curiosity, can anyone create a loadout with SPPU-6? I got the modification but can’t seem to actually equip the pod. Got basic gun pods, not silly gun pod.
Its not ingame. The SPPU-6’s are fixed forwards at the moment.
So the modification is there, but the thing isn’t actually present?
The gunpods you can use are SPPU-6’s, they just can’t be swivelled yet.
