（1）reduce loading time，when loading the same type of ammo.
For example，AP⟶ AP or HE⟶HE
T-80 series: 6.5s ⟶ 6.2s; T-72 series and Chinese 99 series: 7.1s ⟶ 6.5s
（2）increase or keep loading time as same as now，when Switching between different type of ammo
For example，AP ⟶ HE
T-80 series: 6.5s ⟶ 6.5s or 6.8s; T-72 series：7.1s ⟶ 7.1s or 6.5s

Agree. The time required for selecting ammunition types and sequential loading should be distinguished.

Might complicate things because T-80s (and possibly T-72) can’t load longer AP rounds like Svinets sequentially
