Most top tier helis are missing HIRSS for some reason, including the AH-1s from the F up, at least some if not all the AH-64s, the AH-60s the Mi-28s and Ka-50, despite many of these having the HIRISS on their models in game.
Unfortunately to get a bug report accepted you will need documents with actual RCS values, I tried to do a report for the F-2A a while back and had it rejected because they “will not accept general statements like reduced radar signature”
The doppler return of helicopter rotors is also missing. Hovering rotorcraft are invisible to pulse doppler radars. This makes systems that use active radar homing missiles ineffective against helicopters.
However, in reality modern radars can distinguish helicopters using the doppler effect of the spinning rotors.

Yeah, It makes life difficult on nations like Japan that simply do not have a SACLOS SPAA. They could probably just fudge it by making hovering helis show up at 10 to 20% of their normal detection range.
Japan not even having spaa that can somewhat shoot down ordinance (at least when its not single ones fired from way too far out), scout drones or helis always gets a laugh out of me. Yet russia obviously gets a new spaa. Since the BUK was performing only a little better than Japans newest top tier spaa.
Well, at least u get to enjoy to spawn russias one and only, the totally not made up kh38mtes as a compensation, hooray, rendering all the cas jets that japan actually has in service pointless to bring in a cas role.
