I dont think he necessarily ejected I think the force of the disintegration knocked him out or he might’ve banged his head up against something even in the helmet you can still get knocked out, so I think he woke up mid freefall, I also think this happened to an actual SR 71 test pilot
I think (sounds stupid (but the computer they use to calculate ballistics is classified, my friend is a gunner on a ac130
Even if you got the most classified documents you would not get in trouble unless you’re the one who took them (assuming you’re a US Citizen and the documents are from the US)
If you’re not a US citizen then the rules vary but if the documents are from the US then the 1st amendment protections applies to everyone (these are human rights, after all).
