While playing War Thunder, my FPS sometimes drops from around 100 to ~40 for an unknown amount of time. VRAM usage is only about 10 GB including system usage, RAM usage is 15/32 GB, CPU usage is around 15–40%, and GPU load stays at 99–100%. GPU, CPU, and VRAM clocks remain normal, but GPU power drops from the usual 200–220 W down to 160–170 W during the FPS drop.
Specs: Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 4070 Super, 2x16GB 3200mhz DDR4, Windows 11. (Nvidia driver 610.62)
