They simply don’t let him talk about the subject so that people will be surprised when they confirm it with a trailer and he won’t have any problems with his job. It seemed enough to them to say that they were or are working with that type of boat (I don’t know what consequences there would be if he said something he knows other than a possible dismissal)

Great reading about USS Borie which rammed german u-boat and got stuck in V shape with her while none of the guns were able to destroy her. It sounds like Warthunder situation but it actually happened lol.

I remember a story that there being a U.S.N. submarine captain who was awoken in the south pacific when there sub ran into a Japanese transport fleet. In such excitement he jumped from his cot he never got dressed but because the south pacific being so hot he was not waring any sort of naval issued sleepwear. due to this years later his crew would award him with a set of pajamas at a ceremony. Some photos are better not taken.

As much as I would love those. When I suggested Ohka kamikaze to be bomb load for japanese bombers to make them less useless it got so many likes and votes to add it. Yet Gaijin just deleted my post and put my account on hold LMAO XD
Battlestations: Pacific had the Ohka, and some kamikaze speedboat. I even seem to recall they had a submarine with Kaitens

They are cooking something with submarines for sure we just dont know what it is yet. Someone found hydrophone recently added into dev files. I hope that promised Q&A article will come out next week.
