I am writing to you today to inquire about the 30-day chat ban imposed on my account. I would like to clarify my situation: I did not personally insult any legitimate player, nor did I initiate any abusive conversations without reason.
In fact, any harsh words I used were directed exclusively at players who were using cheats and ruining the fair gaming experience for everyone. I find it completely unfair to receive a severe 30-day penalty simply for expressing my frustration at cheaters, while those who are actually cheating are the ones who should face strict punishments.
This situation has left me extremely disappointed with the justice system in the game. This illogical ban has made me seriously reconsider supporting the game financially. I have completely changed my mind and decided to stop making any future in-game purchases. It is incredibly frustrating that a player who calls out cheating gets punished, while the cheater gets away with it.
I kindly ask you to reconsider this ban and review the context of my messages to see who was truly at fault.
Im afraid that doesnt justify using harsh words. You cant justify evil with another other evil. I understand, cheaters are indeed that kind of people. But that doesnt give anyone right to call them slurs or wish something bad to happen to them in chat. Because there are also other players who read those messages in chat and see those slurs. And rules dont have “if its cheater then you are authorized to use slurs, threats, dox etc” exception.
That’s actually not what hapened, but that’s nothing to discuss here publicly. Contact a GM via PM and it will be shown to you what you actually wrote.
Note also that under no circumstance abusive language may be used: If you experience or observe something that is not right, report it using the apropriate channels/tools.
