The reason Russia can make it with a smaller budget is because of Chinese support, and the Russians not needing nearly as many and not wanting the power projection nearly as much. Consider the amount of money spent only on the air national guard, which itself has its own power projection capabilities

China are the ones who depend one Russia for avionics, not the other way around. Their whole aerospace program is an example of it.
Both are unfinished projects so how would that matter?

Btw, who cares about your feelings? The game will implement this based on open-source evidence that suggests the Su-57 will be better than the F-22 in terms of avionics. No matter how hard you try, su57 will ultimately be in the game.

I see it hasn’t really changed in here
Also didn’t the Pak FA start in 1999 and only end up with the Su-57 entering service in 2020? I don’t see the issue of GCAP in progress building a demonstrator 4 years after it’s start.
